At DEALicioUS, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you wish to exchange your purchased item, our customer care team will assist you on each step.
Domestic Orders:
Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery of the article, given that the customer has proof of purchase. For customers who have a valid reason for exchange (damaged or wrong item shipped), won’t have to pay courier charges for exchange pickup. In case of change of mind or size exchange, customer has to pay for the exchange pickup.
Proof of Purchase:
This includes either the online order confirmation email or a receipt.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange: Articles are qualified for exchange only if all tags are intact, they are unused, original invoice is present and packing is in its original condition. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is in wrong size, defected, or incorrect. All articles must be returned with their original packaging.
Process of Online Exchange:
The online exchange process usually takes 7-10 days after it has been verified. If customers have ordered or received the wrong size and defected or damaged items then they would be asked to ship the purchased item at a given location. Only, in case of dmaage and defected items brand will pay the delivery charges.
Items not Allowed for Exchange: Articles purchased on sale or on discount are not qualified for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges can only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time can take longer than usual. RETURN POLICY
DEAlicioUS does not have a return policy. However, we only offer refund in the form of coupons of the same value as your order but only in case of damaged or defected items. We accept exchange request. For guidance please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers have the right to cancel order before it has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via an SMS or email with your COD amount. Order cancellation is not possible after the shipment of the parcel. As soon as the customer receives the product, the above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable.
DEALicioUS holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; pricing errors, the item is out of stock, or decline in the credit card payment.
In case, you receive any incorrect or damaged items please contact us at EMAIL and provide the following information for further evaluation.

- Images of the article delivered with visible issue
DEALicioUS have the right to refuse refund or compensation for damaged articles if the required information is not provided.
Orders processed or dispatched cannot be edited or cancelled.
In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, DEALicioUS has the right remove the concerned items from the original order. Refund will only be processed for items removed from the order, not the entire value of the order.
If any customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, DEALicioUs is not liable to compensate or refund for the order amount.
